Gus Garcia YMLA develops leadership skills through a house system.
Designated to one of four houses at the beginning of each academic year, our young men are empowered leaders who hold each other accountable and encourage success within their brotherhood.
Regular competitions between houses enable students to develop critical-thinking skills by investigating and responding to given challenges, and collaborate to produce problem-solving methods.
The houses are representative of fraternal organizations that our young men would experience on a college campus.
The houses are designated as:
- House Alpha
- House Delta
- House Beta
- House Kappa
