Saturday Camp Overview

Gus Garcia YMLA is proud to offer a Saturday Tutoring “Boot Camp”, a focused and intensive program designed to help students excel on the STAAR test. These sessions provide targeted instruction, guided practice, and comprehensive review in critical subject areas, giving students the tools they need to strengthen their understanding and improve performance.

Each student receives personalized support and strategies tailored to their individual learning needs, allowing them to build confidence, address challenges, and master key concepts. The Boot Camp not only reinforces classroom learning but also equips students with test-taking skills and techniques to ensure they are fully prepared for success on assessment day.

By participating, students gain a focused, supportive environment where they can grow academically, ask questions freely, and leave each session more prepared and confident for the STAAR test.
