8th grade Culinary Arts for High School Credit - students participate in weekly labs, where they learn about different food groups and cooking techniques; students also prepare and serve the faculty and staff.
7th grade Hospitality and Tourism for High School Credit - students learn about the Four Segments of Hospitality; prerequisite for Culinary Arts.
6th Career Discover - learn about the 16 career clusters in the Fall; learn how to hand-sew in the Spring.
