It was an joy to have our former students return to YMLA for our House Meeting this week!
We honored our former students and Mr. Petteway, recognizing their service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country. Their presence added a personal and inspiring touch to the celebration, reminding us all of the courage and commitment of those who serve.
Our students were outstanding presenters, demonstrating remarkable respect, creativity, and pride in celebrating our veterans. From their heartfelt speeches to their engaging presentations, it was clear that each student put in a tremendous amount of effort and preparation. Their contributions highlighted the values of leadership, empathy, and community that define our YMLA family.
A special thank you to the Coach Morrison, the students who helped, the House Committee, and everyone involved in organizing this memorable recognition. Your hard work, collaboration, and dedication ensured that this Veterans Day celebration was not only successful but truly impactful for our entire school community.
Moments like these serve as a wonderful reflection of the spirit and unity of YMLA, showcasing how we come together to honor, celebrate, and support one another.
Great job, YMLA! Your efforts made this Veterans Day a celebration that will be remembered and cherished by all who participated.
