We are proud to share that our Gus Garcia YMLA orchestra students shined at the 51st Annual Fall Festival for Strings, “String Fest,” held on Wednesday, November 19 at the Delco Activity Center. Our students represented the campus with enthusiasm, confidence, and teamwork, delivering a performance they can truly be proud of.

Throughout the event, our musicians demonstrated strong musical growth, excellent rehearsal habits, and positive attitudes. They played with focus and energy, showing just how much they have learned this year. Even more inspiring was the joy they brought to the stage—students encouraged one another, connected with peers from across the district, and genuinely had fun being part of such a large, collaborative musical experience.

We want to thank our families for their support and celebrate our students for their hard work and dedication. This year’s String Fest was a wonderful success, and we look forward to many more opportunities for our young musicians to learn, perform, and shine.
