We are so proud of our students who took part in the 2024 Austin Area Lions Club Peace Poster Competition! They worked hard to create amazing artwork and share their ideas about peace with the community.
Fine Arts: 2024 All-City Guitar
Our top performing guitarist at Gus Garcia will be preforming along with all of the other guitar programs in AISD! AISD Performing Arts Center 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd Austin, TX 78723 United States 7 pm on 11/6/24 Free admission!
Garden Club
Garden club reached out to various vendors and Lowes responded in kind with donations for our after school garden club. Thanks to Mr. Sterling, Mrs. Autry, Ms. Brown for securing resources for our garden club and ensuring our students have an outdoor activity.
A Call to Men
Hello parents! In the following weeks, we will be starting a program called “A Call To Men” which consists of lessons given to our students about healthy masculinity and how to be a responsible and respectful young man.
